Score your candidate segments against eight criteria. Two are gates: a compelling reason to buy and a whole product you can deliver inside twelve months. Fall below the floor on a gate and the segment is out, whatever else it scores. Adding weighted points lets a strong answer anywhere cover a fatal answer somewhere. This sheet refuses to do that.
The seeded scores show the behaviour this tool exists for: one segment scores well nearly everywhere and still loses, because it fails a gate. Replace them with your own segments. Scores come from your research, not your hopes.
